I’ve been listening and watching english song for many years. Thinking of sharing my views with all I’ve decided to create a list of my favorite songs. These are not the best songs on the earth, they are merely my favorites. Lyrics, music, voice and tunes are not the all factors which have influenced on my choice. Videos of the songs have also an influence on my choice. Lets share your choice by commenting on the blog.
The list goes here…….
1. It’s now or never – Elvis presley
2. Imagine – John Lennon
3. Spending my time – Roxette
4. Dancing queen – ABBA
5. Turn the tide – Sylver
6. I’ll fly with you – Gigi D’agostino
7. Red red wine – UB40
8. Summer wine – Nancy sinatra & Lee hazlewood version (U2 and Corrs Version is also good)

Alex Marshall, a freelance journalist, choose the top 10 national anthems for the renowned newspaper The Guardian. He analyzed all 205 national anthems which will be played during the olympic game in Beijing. He found that National anthem of Bangladesh is second in the world. My Golden Bengal (Amar Sonar Bangla) is followed by Uruguay’s national anthem.
Proud to be a Bangladeshi. Proud for my national anthem. For reading more about his analysis, visit this Link
Thank you.
